Revising my teachers feedback
After reading my teacher’s feedback on my magazine cover and double-page spread, I realized there were a few things I needed to fix in order to improve my work. The feedback wasn’t just helpful for this project—it also gave me valuable lessons that will help me in future creative projects. The changes will help me make better choices in the future and avoid mistakes. I’m excited to apply this feedback to make my magazine the best it can be.
One of the main points my teacher mentioned was about the cover design. He pointed out that the pictures I chose didn’t really stand out and that there was too much white space. This meant the cover looked a bit empty and didn't grab attention the way it should. I now realize I need to add more interesting designs and visuals to make the cover pop. This will help attract readers right from the start.
For my double-page spread, my teacher suggested I revise the subheadings to make them more descriptive of the content in the stories. He recommended that I use more specific and engaging titles so readers know exactly what they’re going to read. This will make the spread easier to navigate and more interesting to readers.
Overall, I’m thankful for the feedback because it’s not just about improving this project, but also learning valuable lessons for future projects where creativity and design matter.
